This eighteenth century manor house, with private chapel and clock tower is listed as one of the most notable historic building in the Torres Novas area.

Casa dos Vargos is situated in the centre of the hamlet of Vargos and in by-gone ages provided accommodation for the workers on the substantial Vargos estate.

The owner, Pilar Tamagnini, has restored much of this delightful building and her good work continues.
